ABSTRACT
This comprehensive literature review investigates the pivotal role of leadership competencies in project management success. The study identifies and analyzes core leadership competencies essential for effective project management across various industries by synthesizing existing research and theoretical frameworks. Key competencies explored include communication, decision-making, conflict resolution, and emotional intelligence. The review also examines the impact of different leadership styles on project outcomes and team dynamics. Findings suggest that strong leadership competencies significantly enhance project performance, stakeholder satisfaction, and alignment with organizational goals.
